SPA POLICIES

RESERVATIONS. We recommend that you book as soon as possible to guarantee the availability of your preferred treatments. You can make your reservations through our website, telephone or directly in our SPA.

GROUP BOOKINGS. Groups of 4+ people must be confirmed two weeks in advance, sending a 50% pre-payment of the reserved treatments.


CANCELLATIONS. We require a 24-hour notice before the scheduled appointment. For groups, we require 7-day advance notification to avoid the full charge of the treatments.

ARRIVAL TIMES. We invite you to arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment. Arriving late may interfere with your treatment time and effectiveness. If the client arrives late, he must be responsible for the full payment of the service and agree to finish at the reserved time, out of respect for our other clients. The duration of our treatments and services are not extended based on arrival times. Thank you very much for your kind understanding.


PHYSICAL AND HEALTH CONDITIONS. We highly recommend avoiding treatments immediately after eating. Shaving before an exfoliating treatment and suntanning before any spa service should be avoided. When making your reservation, please let us know about any physical condition, pregnancy, hypertension, diabetes, allergies, etc.


BASIC SPA RULES. We want to provide an environment of relaxation and tranquility, to achieve this, please limit the use of mobile phones, put them in silent mode, and keep a low tone of voice.

PAYMENT METHODS. All treatments can be paid in cash, with a debit/credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS), or with a valid Spa Gift Certificate issued by Quinto Elemento Spa. It is recommended to book in advance.

 

PREGNANCY. If you are a mom-to-be, we care about both your integrity and that of your baby; that's why we invite you to ask for advice on which treatments are most suitable for this beautiful phase of life. 


CLINICAL FILE. To protect your physical integrity, please help us by arriving prior to your appointment to complete your clinical registration. This file allows us to learn more about your current health, allergies, injuries, or chronic conditions to ensure we provide you with an experience that suits your needs. 
 

FOOD & DRINKS. For your safety and ours, we would like to remind you that the consumption of food and alcoholic beverages is not permitted. The spa reserves the right to admit anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.


VALUABLES. Avoid bringing jewelry and/or valuable items such as laptops, tablets, iPads, video games, etc. as their use is not allowed in our spa. The use of the spa areas is shared by all our customers, and therefore the spa is not responsible for forgotten or lost valuables. 

CLIENT SATISFACTION. At Quinto Elemento Spa, we go to great lengths to provide exceptional service with quality products. However, if for any reason you feel that we have not met your expectations, we encourage you to address your concerns with our management team to evaluate the situation and offer you an alternative solution. 
 
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed services but are happy to negotiate other forms of compensation if we shall consider them necessary.


BEHAVIOR. We ask all our customers to show morally appropriate behavior in the spa, otherwise, we may consider it necessary to end the treatment regardless of the agreed time. If asked to leave, you must pay the amount of the treatment in full at the spa reception.
