With Quinto Elemento Spa you can book spa services online, 24 hours a day, and any day of the week. The process is very simple and safe, here you go:
1. Select the category (Element) of the service you want and choose the service you want.
2. Go to the bottom of the screen and click on REALIZAR RESERVAR and register (Regístrate) or log in.
3. Select the date, time, and therapist (for services at the spa only), and voila! If in this step of the process, you cannot continue, it's very likely that we are fully booked on the selected date or time.
4. You will receive a confirmation email or message with all the details.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS:
* For COUPLE MASSAGES OR TREATMENTS, please reserve two individual services. When you arrive at the spa, we'll respect the special price for couples. Or you may call and book directly over the phone.
* All in-home services require a 50% non-refundable prepayment. This can be charged to a credit card or sent by electronic transfer.
* We invite you arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment. Arriving late may interfere with your treatment time and effectiveness. If the client arrives late, he must be responsible for the full payment of the service and agree to finish at the reserved time, out of respect for our other clients. The duration of our treatments and services are not extended based on arrival times. Thank you very much for your kind understanding.
* If you are a mom-to-be, we care about both your integrity and that of your baby; that's why we invite you to ask for advice on which treatments are most suitable for this beautiful phase of life.
* To protect your physical integrity, please help us by arriving prior to your appointment to complete your clinical registration. This file allows us to learn more about your current health, allergies, injuries, or chronic conditions to ensure we provide you with an experience that suits your needs.
* For your safety and ours, we would like to remind you that the consumption of food and alcoholic beverages is not permitted. The spa reserves the right to admit anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
* Avoid bringing jewelry and/or valuable items such as laptops, tablets, iPads, video games, etc. as their use is not allowed in our spa. The use of the spa areas is shared by all our customers, and therefore the spa is not responsible for forgotten or lost valuables.
* We ask all our customers to show morally appropriate behavior in the spa, otherwise, we may consider it necessary to end the treatment regardless of the agreed time. If asked to leave, you must pay the amount of the treatment in full at the spa reception.
