Our priority is and always will be the safety and well-being of our clients and staff. For this reason, we invite you to learn about the security measures we are taking to face the COVID-19 Outbreak.
WORKSPACES & GEAR
Our workspaces and tools have undergone a thorough cleaning process to guarantee absolute sanitization before opening.
To reduce the risk of spreading the virus, we have installed a shoe sanitizing floor mat at the entrance of the spa.
We also provide a special hydrogel dispenser that does not harm the skin, for our clients at the entrance of the spa.
After each service, we carry out a deep cleaning process in our work areas.
We have also purchased our own medical sterilizer to sanitize our equipment & gear between services.
QUINTO ELEMENTO SPA STAFF
All our staff has completed the course "All about the prevention of COVID-19" by IMSS Mexico.
Wearing a mask and/or protective face shield is mandatory at all times.
Wash hands frequently with soap and water or sanitizing solutions before, during, and after each service.
We recommend our staff to assist work in their own vehicles (avoiding crowded public transportation).
We recommend our staff only to wear the uniform in the Spa. Bring a change of clothes with them when they leave work.
QUINTO ELEMENTO SPA CLIENTS
We kindly ask our clients to use face masks at all times to reduce the risk of spreading the virus.
Wash your hands with our special hydro alcoholic gel available at the entrance of the Spa.
We ask that you please keep a healthy distance at all times.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please advise us in advance.
We recommend taking a shower before and after your Spa service.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
At this time, the Spa is only open by appointment. Please book in advance and assist unaccompanied.
We ask that you please postpone or cancel your appointment if you are experiencing: fever, breathing difficulties, fatigue, a cough, or a sore throat.
We invite our clients to make their payments via credit card or electronic transfer in advance. Thus avoiding cash and physical contact.
